Deosan New Zealand Limited and Deosan Manufacturing Limited are privately owned and operated New Zealand companies which manufacture and market superior dairy hygiene products.
Both companies were formed to fulfil an identified opportunity in the dairy hygiene market for an innovative new environmental specialist supplier.
Through the 1999 acquisition of formulations and associated intellectual property from Diversey Lever, Deosan now independently markets the dairy hygiene range under its own brand throughout New Zealand.
A number of Deosan formulations continue to be marketed in Europe by Johnson Diversey and are the reputed market leaders in their field.

Deosan NZ Ltd is the strategic, business development and marketing arm of the business. Business activities are centred on developing strong, collaborative sales and distribution channels while building end-user awareness and demand for the Deosan range of dairy hygiene products.
DEOSAN MANUFACTURING LTD
Deosan Manufacturing Ltd is our product research, development and manufacturing business. Through smart investment and strong strategic alliances with like-minded innovators, our product formulations and delivery systems are actively improving dairy hygiene and reducing environmental impact.
The company manufactures its products under ISO9001 registered Quality Management System, ISO14001 registered Environmental Management System and Enviromark® NZ Diamond Standard.

A BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:
Prior to joining the dairy industry in NZ, Kip was head of mergers and acquisitions for the UK's largest waste management company, and was also Director of an international environmental internet company.
Kip holds a Law Degree from Waikato University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Natural Resources and Environmental Economics from Lincoln University.
Originally from Kiwitahi in the Waikato, Kip grew up on a dry stock farm. His three brothers are all farming (two in the Waikato and one in Southland).
